The certification program focused on equipping team members with the necessary training and knowledge to operate important machinery, including Front end loaders, Bobcats, Excavators, and Dump trucks.

This initiative underscores KRP's commitment to fostering a skilled workforce and maintaining high safety standards in its operations, thereby ensuring productivity and efficiency across all project sites.

Building a Skilled and Capable Workforce

Reinforcing Safety Protocols

"One of the key benefits of the certification program is the reinforcement of safety protocols across the operation" said Mr. Bi, Manager, Production Department. He continued that each participant did not only learned how to effectively operate machinery but also received vital training on safety procedures and hazard recognition, ultimately leading to a more secure work environment for all.
